The group's principal activity is to provide degree and diploma granting for-profit, post-secondary schools devoted to career program training primarily in the healthcare, electronics, information technology, criminal justice, automotive repair and diesel technician fields. The group offers a variety of master's, bachelor's and associate's degrees and diploma programs through three operating divisions. The group currently operates 88 colleges in 22 states, including 45 colleges and 15 corporate training centers in 7 Canadian provinces and serve the large and growing segment of the population seeking to acquire career-oriented education. The group acquired career choices inc, all of the assets of east coast aero tech llc, cdi education corporation in fiscal 2004 & all of the assets of ami international training center in fiscal 2005.
